I took a look at the system from the outside. The visitors to the water ski lift had a lot of fun. The facility is very nice. There are also waterfront hiking trails nearby. The area is used by families as cycling and hiking trails. Free parking spaces are available nearby. The Hooksieler beach is nearby.

Highly recommended, the facility is in great condition despite its age. Very friendly staff who respond to all requests. A lot of praise goes to the gastronomy, of course, where the best burgers including schnitzel are available at a reasonable price. We were there for a week and will definitely stop by again to drive and eat. greetings Frank

We were 1 week in Hooksiel and almost every day at this facility. A place to feel good. The people we met, especially the crew of the facility and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. One must emphasize the good kitchen. Very rarely eaten such a good burger. The same was true for the schnitzel. There is still knocking and freshly prepared. Top.. Rightly 5 stars. One of my favorite places to switch off and relax. Just get out of everyday life and have a coffee and enjoy a piece of cake with a beautiful view. It is possible here.

Very nice location. Great premises with a super nice, large and terraced outdoor area, right on the lake. The offers and the quality of the food and drinks are just great, it was soooo delicious. The portion size left nothing to be desired, a very good price-performance ratio. Without exception, the service staff can also be rated positively, thank you very much. For everyone, big or small, young or old, a visit here is interesting, varied and therefore very entertaining. Whether you are a water ski lover or not, it does not matter, because by looking at what is happening from every seat on the terrace you simply get an insight into this sport and the desire to watch. A visit is also highly recommended without water skiing. You can also celebrate the e.g. Celebrate a wedding that has just taken place on the Baltic Sea beach. There is an option to do this in a nice area on the side of the lake. Take a look at the location and pictures on their homepage, they say everything without exaggerating.

Did not like it. The music was very loud and there was no ambience for me. Maybe it looks very different in summer. I'll have another look next year.

Sitting so close to the water, just ideal! Delicious food and a very nice, friendly service. For dessert the cake tastes like home-baked. A great location that we definitely recommend.

We liked it a lot. The service staff in particular was very friendly and tried hard, which is not a matter of course during Corona times. The water ski facility was also great.

We were guests at the BBQ last Thursday. What to say Food was delicious & very well seasoned. Friendly staff and a very nice ambience with a great view. Hygiene rules are observed. Small point of criticism / suggestion for improvement: the towel paper in the toilet area on a stool does not work. There are plenty of better alternatives here :)

The location and the ambience there (direct view of the ski area) is nice. Unfortunately, we had the feeling that the staff was a bit overwhelmed, which is why there is a deduction for the following points of criticism: - Coffee or hot drinks and waffles came to the table at a significantly different time. This means that the hot beverage cools down before the waffles are eaten. An indication of the fresh preparation and the waiting time at the time of the order would be sufficient - coffee and pastries should be served together. - Apparently the IT system was broken (but not only acute for us, but also for all other tables). That's why accounting seemed a bit awkward to us - especially at the present time. We had to enumerate all the food and drinks again, then the waitress had to add them up again using the menu. Since the problem apparently already existed before our arrival and thus when we accepted the order, it could have been solved more elegantly and preventively in connection with the COVID-19 situation. The food and drinks themselves were good. Edit: Based on the professional opinion + 1 star. The next time you visit there will definitely be a further upgrade!

As regulars, we spend an afternoon here every year, usually on the weekend, when most of the water sprayers are active. Food and drinks are of good quality. Unfortunately, the prices have climbed a lot over the years and are now clouding the visit.

Hello, we 3 people have been with you several times at the water ski lift. I was really surprised by the outstanding friendliness of the staff (everyone included) as well as the relaxed and friendly demeanor of the executive floor. After a few laps over the water on skis, we had dinner on the ski terrace, which was absolutely fine. So completely satisfied and absolutely recommendable !!!!! Why 4 stars !? Because we wanted to take a shower after the laps on the water. And unfortunately for 50 cents you can have a cold shower So with a cold North Sea like 17 degrees today, it would be nice to have a warm / hot shower on site! If that were the case, I would still be fine with 50 cents But 50 cents and a cold shower I have to deduct a star! Maybe you see it as food for thought! Nevertheless, dear team and bosses KEEP IT UP!!!! best regards

Great gastronomy, great facilities, great food and drinks. If you think you have to make deductions because of Corona, you should stay at home. This grumbling is just annoying. Keep it up guys, we'll be back

Very nice location, you wouldn't think that when you drive on the parking. Service staff very nice and helpful. Good value for the money. Portions are good sized. I wasn't so sure about the veggie burger as it had a sweet chilli sauce and ketchup which made it too sweet for me, I would have been happy with a mayonnaise. But can't fault the quality as this is just my personal preference. Great day to go out and do so.e wakeboarding. Or just watch

We celebrated our wedding in the Hooksieler ski terraces on August 1st, 2020. The Hooksieler Skiterrassen also hosted our civil wedding on the North Sea beach with their pagoda tents. Both locations are simply amazing! We and our guests will always remember the wedding ceremony on the beach. Everything was decorated with a lot of love, the snacks and supplies from the staff at the ski terraces on the beach were great! And the reception in the evening when we entered the “harbor of marriage” by boat at the ski terraces was perfect! Anja, Hansi and your team went to great lengths to give us a great, unforgettable day. The grill buffet can only be highly recommended to everyone, both visually and in terms of taste - simply terrific. You can tell from the entire team of the ski terraces that they enjoy their work, enjoy working there and are a great little family and you can feel that from the first moment. We would also like to say a big THANK YOU to the confectioner Yve! Our wedding cake and the cupcakes were delicious and looked very good. The cakes are all freshly prepared on site and, like the delicious currywurst, are always worth a visit. None of this is a matter of course for us! All the communication that has taken place for this one day for 1.5 years has been very cordial from the start. All wishes and concerns were always discussed by both sides and fears were taken away from us. Likewise your flexibility and uncomplicated manner, simply makes it even more fun to look forward to such a special day together. I hope for you, dear ski terraces, that you will soon be able to organize many great events again! Our sons quickly learned water skiing here and were introduced to the sport in a child-friendly way. Suits and skis are available on site :-). There is a practice facility for children and beginners ... we would love to come back and wish the dear team all the best! Remain healthy and confident
